Hi, I'm Elysha.
I help people and organizations grow into bigger roles.
I'm a leadership coach and L&D strategist. I coach individuals through big transitions: new leadership roles, new parenthood, expanded scope, and career pivots. I also partner with organizations as a fractional Head of L&D, building manager effectiveness and executive readiness.
With a counseling background and Co-Active training, I work in the identity gap: the space between what's being asked of you and who you believe you are.
What I believe:
Stuck usually means you've drifted from something you already know. It is is often unnamed grief for who you were before the change.
The obstacle is permission. You already have the capability.
Big transitions will show you who you were performing for.
My work is 10% problem-solving and 90% perspective shift.
